Curajoy creates a clinician-supervised AI family wellness hub that fits into the gap within the current healthcare workflow. The mission is to create healthcare service equality & efficiency.
I was taking charge of building the AI prompt training functionality as a product designer, I was given the functionality requirement by our VP Caitlyn and actively collaborated on our initial concept from the beginning of the process with senior UX lead Jessica, and product managers Sharon & Shannon. Our small team met weekly via Zoom, thanks to the inspiration and support from my team, we all have our unique perspectives, but we were able to combine our ideas to shape our unique workflow that took efficiency to the next level.

-In the default state, the user dashboard for our B2B is displayed to easily track their progress.
-Provide context when voting, they can see the chat history, keyword, and new prompt all at once, this information combination will help them make better decisions.
-Provide context when writing new prompts. Users can access chat history, which allows them to better understand the context of their interactions. This comprehensive information naturally accelerates the process of finding effective solutions with the support of an AI writer. This creates a seamless experience where information complements each other.
B2C can view the chatting therapist's information whether is AI or human, which would help develop engaging communication, most likely they will find the subject they talking to has the same interests and hobbies, and their personality might as well just someone you more willing to explore. .
Reality: After discussing it with our VP and other designers including Billy the engineer lead, I found that implementing a layout change system-wide is difficult because our goal is to remain consistent and reduce unnecessary edge cases.
Solution:
Break the current workflow into smaller steps that can help us easily rotate to the 2-column layout, this is also beneficial compared to the 3-column layout, as less information is showing at the same time which reduces the cognitive load and allows users to focus on a single task at a time, had also reduced chance of human error.
